Patients - please note that all telephone calls to and from the surgery are recorded, for training and quality purposes.

PP_Pic_for_website.jpgOne of the main benefits of using our automated telephone appointment booking system (called Patient Partner) is that you are able to telephone the surgery at any time - even when we are closed - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So if you suddenly remember that you need to cancel an appointment at 3.00am, you can do so!

To use this service, you will need a touch-tone telephone, your contact telephone number and your date of birth. When you telephone the surgery, select the option for the automated booking service and follow the simple instructions. You must inform us if you change your telephone number, landline or mobile to continue using the service. Patients who do not wish to take advantage of this new service can speak to a receptionist in the normal way but we do hope that you will find this beneficial.

We regret that it is not possible to use this service to book all appointment types with our doctors or nurses due to the complex nature of certain consultations; different procedures require different lengths of time.

Please download the Patient Partner leaflet for more information by clicking here.

You must inform us if you change your contact telephone numbers - your home and mobile. The system will only recognise the telephone number that we have on the system for you.

All calls in and out of the practice are recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
